*EDIT* Im starting the points system guys! Im going to apply them to all art submissions from the past and in the future! Here is the points chart:

Joining:10 points
Art Submission: 5 points
Contest Entry (when theres a contest) : 20points

*funny how it seems to be imitating the expected order of the books i just added the joinage points, and of course i do not give myself points, just so you know *

So come on guys! what is to be gained by the earning of house points? at the end of JUNE i will tally the points and the members of the winning house will each recieve giftart of their choice! But be warned, you can also LOOSE points, when i take a ROLLCALL ( which will be a journal ) if you so not respond to it within a set time you will have 10 points taken away! (unless your on holiday and didnt see it or something )

so yea! hope the new points system makes this more exciting for everyone!

I still plan on doing all the things i kept saying ide do here, like quidditch tryouts (need enough members for seven on each team for that...not just lots of members, but an even spread in the houses)
and a points system! yes there will be a points system. a quick rundown of my house points plan is that there will be a points value on art subbmissions which will go towards the submitters house, and at random intervals i will have rolecalls, and any members not to respond to the role call will loose a certain amount of points each.and at the end of each month rather than year, the winning house gets a tribute TROPHY! the house with the most trophies at the end of the year gets a PRIZE!
again, this sort of thing will be refined once i feel we have enough members to merit it.
Until then, our current members may still submit art at anytime they wish. and much like our affiliators we may hold a call for members to submit something like a year book picture...only they will go on a 'Filches MOST WANTED' list

Excited? wanna get in on all this action to come? it can only happen if we get enough members, so join and tell your friends!

And remember members, we're always open for art subbmissions so feel free to note them to us anytime! theyre most appreciated, we love to see your Art!

Our ID was originally a competition, but for the moment i do not hav the capacity to run another contest,plus i dont know if anyone else is up to making entries on time and frankly i cant keep it open on end like i do in my own account (my nightmare of a contest has been running about 6 months now with no end in sight) so ive taken the first entry and made it our banner for a while ^.^ many thanks to for this purely pilferish entry I will make you a little something as thanks if i can.

Now, thanks to the much appreciated feedback from a certain anonymouse slytherin prefect...oops, ok not so anonymouse lol, ive attempted to streamline the club page in terms of organized art subbmission area and members list. I'm always happy to recieve feedback from members about what improvements or changes you would like to see in the club, so dont be shy, you dont have to be a prefect to brown-nose hehehe ^.^

I really am very sorry that i hardly come here to admin (everytime i do theres nothing new tho) but hopefully i will soon be appointing another admin to help me here! for now, do not be put off by this pages innactive seemingness (like the recent deviations submissions not being updates since last year in september...thats cause there hasnt been anymore submissions) So please just be patient, i will get back to everyone eventually, its slow, but its still going! so DO tell your friends about us, because half the reason its so dull around the pilferers office these days is caus we havent got enough members!!! but once we do, buisness should start kicking! its a difficult ctart, but once we get the ball rolling it will run much more smoothly !!!
